PTA Meetings provide pertinent information about upcoming PTA and School Events.

Fact & Fee Night
This is a Pop-In/Meet-the-Teacher Event occurring before the first day of School. Students and Families can drop off school supplies, meet teachers, speak with Administration, and learn about beginning-of-the-year housekeeping tasks that need to be completed.
Back to School Bash
Since Fact & Fee Night is such a fun time, the PTA will also host a "Back to School” Bash or celebration at the school on the same evening to welcome everyone back, make new friends, and celebrate the new School Year!
Teacher and Staff Appreciation Events
The PTA hosts monthly Teacher and Staff Appreciation Events, often providing lunch and other special treats to celebrate and provide support to our amazing Teachers and Staff.
Teacher and Staff Pantry
The PTA provides and maintains a Pantry of refreshments for Teachers and Staff to ensure they have the fuel they need to make it through each day. Contributions can be sent to the school with your student, labeled for the Pantry, or purchased directly from the linked Amazon Registry or the button below, which ships directly to the School.
Duty-Free Lunch
Generally, teachers eat their lunch with their classes. However, several times throughout the School Year, the PTA coordinates this event which brings in Volunteers to cover lunch duty with Students so that Teachers can enjoy a lunch period on their own.

Spirit Nights
PTA Spirit Night Events occur throughout the school year at various local restaurants and eateries. Spirit Night Events may occur on a single evening or throughout a week with the local restaurant donating a percentage of funds raised to ARCAE.
Movie Night & Family Fun Night
These events are free and open to all ARCAE Students and their families. They are intended to build a sense of community and provide a fun experience for Teachers, Staff, Students, and Families to engage with each other outside of the normal school day.
Movie Night will take place in the Fall in the back of the School. Admission and Popcorn are free. Gates open at 5:30, and the movie starts at 6:00. We are looking for a few Volunteers to support the Fall Movie Night. You can sign up using the link below.
Family Fun Night will take place in the Spring in the back of the School. Admission is free, and there will be tons of fun.

Spirit Rock
The PTA Spirit Rock is located on campus near the front entrance. It can be rented and decorated throughout the School year to recognize or celebrate birthdays, special events, or accomplishments for your Students, Teachers, and/or Staff.
International Luncheon
This annual September Teacher Appreciation Event is a Teacher and Staff favorite! The ARCAE Community is asked to prepare and bring in their favorite International and/or traditional family-favorite dish to share with our Teachers and Staff for a lovely International Luncheon celebrating culture and food.

Fun Run Fundraiser
The Fun Run is a two-week fitness-based fundraiser that teaches students about teamwork and a healthy lifestyle. This annual fundraising event is an enormous commitment, painstakingly organized by the PTA Board and implemented by a team of PTA Parent/Caregiver Volunteers to ensure that almost every dollar raised goes directly to the school. The Fun Run raises a majority of the funds that are used to fund the significant school enhancements that ARCAE depends upon.

Holiday Cookie Swap/Exchange
This annual December Teacher Appreciation Event, the ARCAE Community is asked to prepare and bring in their favorite holiday cookie or treat. Teachers and Staff are then able to pack a lovely box of sweets to take home.

Souperthon
This annual February and Super-Bowl-themed Teacher Appreciation Event is also a Teacher and Staff favorite! The ARCAE Community is asked to prepare and bring in their favorite Soups, Stews, and accompaniments to share with our Teachers and Staff for a filling winter warm-up.

Bingo Night
Bingo Night is an annual PTA-sponsored fundraiser. It's a fun, family-friendly event that includes great prizes and many chances to win. Be warned - This is absolutely THE Event of the School Year! Bingo Night tickets generally go on sale in February via Revtrac and sell out within a few hours.

Teacher Appreciation Week
Teacher Appreciation Week will occur the Week of May 3rd and is a week full of special events, lunch, and gifts provided by the PTA to our amazing Teachers and Staff.
