Bradley WIER, PRESIDENT

Hi! I am Bradley Wier and I serve as the President of the PTA.  I have 2 children at ARCAE, a 4th grader and 1st grader.  I am entering my 3rd and final year as PTA President and I have loved being a part of our special school and this organization.  The relationships I have built will last a lifetime. 

As a full-time remote working mom, the PTA has given me the opportunity to be a part of a local community.  This volunteering experience has given me insight into how much love our educators have for our children. 

In my spare time, I enjoy being involved in my church, working out, and spending time with my family.  I am looking forward to another wonderful year at ARCAE and supporting the staff in any way we can!

We welcome anybody wanting to serve in this capacity to join us.  It is an excellent way to be ingrained in the community and a way to give back to the amazing educators that invest so much into our children.

Carrie WATFORD, TreASURER

Hello!  I'm Carrie Watford, and I am currently serving as the PTA Treasurer.  I have been an ARCAE mom for 11 years and have loved every minute at this school!  I have three children - one in 3rd grade and two big sisters in middle and high school.  I have enjoyed volunteering at the school over the years, giving me the opportunity to get to know and serve our incredible teachers and administration.  

I am a piano teacher, family photographer, and an active member of our church.  I love spending time adventuring with my family, grabbing coffee with friends, and singing at the top of my lungs in car rider line.  I am looking forward to serving another year at this incredible school!  

Stacy Sams, Memberships, sponsorships & spiritwear

Stacy is a mom of two ARCAE students who are currently in the 2nd and 5th grades.  Stacy is in her third year of service on the PTA Board, and she wears a lot of hats - serving as our Membership, Sponsorship, and Spirit Wear Coordinator.  

When Stacy is not doing PTA work, you can find her at Five Eighth Seams, where she teaches sewing, which is also one of her favorite things.  She also enjoys traveling, working out, hiking, beach time, boating, and doing pretty much anything outdoorsy! Stacy also volunteers as a Sunday School Teacher at a West Ashley Church. 

Amanda Hart, Teacher appreciation coordinator

Amanda Hart is a dedicated mom of four, with three of her children currently attending Ashley River Creative Arts. Over the past several years, she has been an active member of the PTA board leading Teacher Appreciation as well as contributing to the enrichment of the school community. In addition to her PTA involvement, Amanda generously volunteers at the school, supporting various initiatives and events.

In addition to her PTA and volunteer work, Amanda plays a crucial role as a taxi driver for her children’s extensive sports activities, balancing a busy schedule with enthusiasm and commitment. Her dedication to her family and community reflects her deep-rooted passion for supporting and nurturing the next generation. When she is not engaged in these activities, Amanda enjoys excursions with her family and long walks with her dog Moose.

Jackie Richardson, Communications Secretary

Greetings, I am Jackie Richardson and I am the PTA Communications Secretary.  I have a son in 4th Grade at ARCAE and a daughter in 4K who will hopefully join the ARCAE Family next School Year.  In my “spare time,” I work full-time as an Attorney/Partner at a Law Firm based in Pawleys Island, SC.

This is my 3rd Year serving on the PTA Board and I continue to be absolutely amazed by how much the PTA contributes to ARCAE!  As a West Ashley native, it is truly a joy to help support this amazing School, Teachers, and Staff, and to interact with your lovely little humans.

Hey guys! My name is Hope Reynolds and I am the PTA Creative Director.  I have three daughters at Ashley River - a 5th grader, a 2nd grader and a kindergartener! I’m a full-time travel agent and always on the go. In my spare time I love to paint, graphic design, do arts and crafts with my daughters and travel the world with my precious family! 

This is my 2nd Year working with the PTA and I absolutely love the sense of community and family that this school embraces! I am honored to serve our teachers, staff and parents in any way possible.
