Virtual Silent Auction Coming Soon!

Dear Ashley River Families, 

As you may have guessed we are not able to have our annual Bingo Night this year. We have missed out on a lot this school year and although we will miss Bingo the PTA is planning a virtual silent auction and we need your help. 

The Silent Auction will be completely online and will run April 16th-25th. We are still following the tradition of BINGO and making baskets to auction off.  To minimize the teacher workload we are assigning baskets to each grade level. We are asking for volunteers to help make these baskets. The baskets can be big or small and can have any value. There are a few ways to put together the basket and you’re welcome to choose what you’re most comfortable with! We will supply you with contact information for the grade level you are working with. All baskets and gift card donations are due April 13th. It’s a group effort so encourage as much participation as possible!

We are collecting items to auction off from the community as well. If you are affiliated with a company that you think can donate please use the link provided.  This form will help us organize the donations and keep it as simple as possible to load the items onto our website.
