We do not keep Inventory on hand. We are fortunate to partner with a local business, Charleston Cotton Exchange, to produce our specially designed Spirit Wear. All Spirit Wear orders are submitted directly to Charleston Cotton Exchange via their website. Charleston Cotton Exchange then creates each peice on demand. This helps us to avoid taking up much needed storage space at the School while ensuring that we can provide both staples, and fresh and new items mutiple times throughout the school year!

Click on the “Order Your New Spirit Wear Here” button below and you will head over to the Charleston Cotton Exchange website to see our current Inventory and place your order during an “ordering window.”

We offer three (3) Spirit Wear “ordering windows, ” which are designated time periods lasting aproximately three (3) to four (4) weeks to order Spirit Wear from our virtual Spirit Wear store with Charleston Cotton Exchange.

Spirit Wear ordering windows for this school year are as follows:

• Back to School Sale: Opens August 3rd and closes on September 8th.

• Fall/Winter Sale: Opens November 2nd and closes November 20th.

• Spring Sale: Opens April 5th and closed April 23rd.

Spirit Wear ordered during the three (3) ordering windows offered this school year will be delivered on or about:

• September 25th

• December 11th

  May 14th

All orders are hand-packaged and delivered with care to your student’s teacher and then distributed to students to bring home.
